Aircraft anti-icing and deicing fluid

You can count on Dow technologies to deliver predictably powerful performance even under the most unpredictable conditions. Our propylene glycol and ethylene glycol aircraft de-icing fluids help curb flight delays, improve aerodynamics, and keep passengers safe through extreme winter weather conditions.

UCAR™ Aircraft Deicing Fluid

This ready-to-use ethylene glycol-based fluid assists in removing frozen precipitation from exterior aircraft surface in temperatures as low as -33°C (or -27°F).

Propylene Glycol (PG) Industrial Grade

This high-purity material is a colorless, water-soluble hygroscopic liquid with a low freeze point and low toxicity. It is also readily biodegradable and is widely used as a solvent. heat transfer medium or chemical intermediate.
