Resins for more durable agricultural films, wraps, and bags

Our agricultural films products have been designed alongside leading academics and agricultural institutes to improve the techniques and technologies involved in agricultural film solutions. Our innovations in polyethylene resins for use in bale silage, silage clamps, silo-bags, greenhouses and tunnels and mulch films have helped reduce the need for chemical fertilizers, pesticides and herbicides. This leads to increased crop productivity through higher yields, better varieties, and targeted weed, insect, and disease control.

Putting resin technology to work for mother nature

A perfect example is silage wrap. Our scientists teamed up with the industry to develop innovative silage wrap that helps to maintain the nutritional value of forage plants such as corn and grasses until they are needed.

Silage film is just one of the ways we are working to improve traditional materials used in farming environments. We are also using the power of research and development to improve the performance and durability of greenhouse films, tunnel films and mulch films. All of these products help improve crop quality and crop yield and remain environmentally cautious.

Greenhouse and Tunnel Film

Growing populations and increasing desire for year-round access to fresh produce calls for more efficient production and crop protection methods. Polyethylene is a versatile material that can be used to protect and improve crop yield. The film is durable and maintains its integrity while being resource efficient.
