V PLUS Perform™
Sustainability solutions in panel insulation technology
Building better. Building sustainability.
At Dow we imagine a future with high-performing building materials. We imagine building design that delivers resource efficiency, allowing our customers to do more with less, with products that are sourced, manufactured, and distributed with a lower carbon footprint. We imagine a world where building better means construction solutions are developed in collaboration with our customers, bringing together Dow’s material science expertise with our customers knowledge of market needs.
Sustainability in panel insulation
Through the V PLUS Perform™ next program we combine panel insulation technology with mass balance ingredients to design more energy efficient buildings. The EU Green Deal is driving the industry towards significant carbon reduction goals by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2050. V PLUS Perform™ next enables energy efficient solutions with lower embodied carbon for both commercial and residential building applications.
External Walls
Keep cool in the summer and warm in the winter with V PLUS Perform™ next for building envelopes.
Roofing
Preserve energy from every angle, with V PLUS Perform™ next for pitched roofing.
Cold Storage
Maintain fresh food with V PLUS Perform™ next for cold storage.
Reduced carbon footprint
More than 25% of the energy used in the production process of V PLUS Perform™ next insulation technology is renewable and backed by Renewable Energy Systems (RES) certificates.
The EU Energy Performance of Buildings Directive is driving the transition to energy efficient, decarbonized building stock by 2050. Using V PLUS Perform™ next in their products, panel manufacturers can reduce Scope 3 greenhouse gas emissions (GHG)² to meet the increased demand for products that support the transition towards more energy efficient buildings.
Upgrade to the future of sustainability in building and experience the benefits of V PLUS Perform™ next for yourself.

Made with recycled content
At Dow, we're committed to reducing waste and promoting circularity with our innovative production process.
Bio-circular and recycled feedstocks (biogenic and non-biogenic waste) are converted into the raw materials used in V PLUS Perform™ next, eliminating the need for incineration or landfilling. With up to 40% bio-circular and recycled content, externally validated by ISCC PLUS certification, you can trust that our materials contribute to sustainability in buildings.
We use alternative feedstocks in the production of MDI, which are allocated using the mass balance chain of custody approach, also externally validated by ISCC PLUS¹. V PLUS Perform™ next helps to keep end-of-life material out of the waste stream while reducing the need for nonrenewable feedstocks.
Join us in reducing waste and closing the loop with more innovative building solutions.
