VORAMER™ Polyurethane Systems

Fast, efficient bonding and adhesives

VORAMER™ Industrial Adhesives

If you’re looking for an easy-to-use, fast-curing, safe and strong adhesive, you’ve come to the right place. And if you’d like to improve the efficiency of your operations, there’s no time like the present. VORAMER™ Industrial Adhesives are proven polyurethane foam systems used in construction, transportation, and other industries to produce fast, easy and secure bonds between various substrates.

These reliable adhesives can help enhance structural integrity and assembly processes for manufactured housing, insulated garage doors, recreational vehicle panels and more by replacing or complementing mechanical fasteners.

How do they work?

VORAMER™ Industrial Adhesives are designed to meet a wide variety of needs.  Our two-component adhesives combine an “A” (methylene diphenyl diisocyanate [MDI) component and “B” (polyol) component through high-pressure proportioning equipment. This is then applied as spray directed to the conjunction of the substrates. Cure time is typically 2-5 minutes.  One-component VORAMER™ Industrial Adhesives are for applications via high-pressure equipment. However, they can be used as general adhesives on any porous substrate, with cure times of 42-48 minutes.

VORAMER™ Polyurethane Binders

Resilient ground surfaces require high-performing, efficient products. Whether you’re looking to create a structurally sound playground or running tracks, you’ll need something durable.

Queue in: VORAMER™ Polyurethane Binders. They make an excellent choice for bonding shredded, new or recycled materials used to produce composite playground/sports surfaces, landscaping, flooring and more.

VORAMER™ Polyurethane Binders bond various materials such as rubber, EVA, cork, gravel, and wood mulch. Looking for longevity and safety? This is your one-stop shop.

Build it better…and faster

Efficiency matters now more than ever, especially in time-sensitive, offsite construction operations. VORAMER™ Industrial Adhesives can deliver a long list of advantages in the offsite construction industry – where they:

  • Offer dependability, convenience and process efficiencies for the construction of manufactured homes, commercial buildings, multi-family housing, hotels and hospitals.
  • Use to replace, complement or reduce the number of mechanical fasteners, such as nails or screws, for a faster and more ergonomic applicator experience.
  • Allows applicators to see where, and how much, material is applied – reducing waste and offering a greater yield for adhesion.
  • Contribute to the construction of quality ceiling and wall diaphragms, enhancing structural integrity when properly applied.
  • Offer self-extinguishing options for applications where compliance with specific state regulations is required.

We’re really excited about the opportunities VORAMER™ Industrial Adhesives can offer, and hope you are too. We’d love to hear about your offsite construction challenges.

Residential insulated garage door

Slam the door on wasted energy

It’s an open and shut case. Virtually everyone understands the importance and value of energy conservation. That’s why more and more people – and businesses – are choosing insulated garage doors.

Our high-performance VORAMER™ Industrial Adhesives enable production of customizable, thermally efficient garage doors using extruded polystyrene (XPS). With more than 75 years as a leading choice in insulation, we combine long-term expertise with outstanding technical support to help meet specific requirements.

Non-solvent VORAMER™ Technology for lamination processes

Can help improve safety, environmental protection and convenience while offering high structural and thermal performance.

Are available as two-component filled adhesives for XPS panels and one-component, unfilled adhesives for panels composed of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), glass reinforced plastic (GRP), wood, steel or aluminium.

Can be custom tailored to achieve specific needs for cure rate, assembly time and press turnover, as well as size and shape.

How can VORAMER™ Industrial Adhesives help improve your insulated garage door applications? Let’s find the answers together.

Recreational vehicle

Take the road to enhanced performance

Whether you are producing large vehicles or insulating modern buildings, you need to keep moving forward with confidence.

VORAMER™ Industrial Adhesives can help you get on the right path. The speed, efficiency, strength and safety of these proven materials make them an excellent choice for a wide range of sandwich panel applications, including structural insulated panels (SIPs) and insulated metal panels (IMPs).

Advanced technology is helping VORAMER™ Adhesives drive the panel market to new levels of quality and sophistication.

Backward integration helps improve raw material reliability, while vertical integration supports more precise material specification.

We help inspire flexible solutions in the form of:

  • Two-component filled adhesives for extruded polystyrene (XPS) panels featuring polyvinyl chloride (PVC), glass reinforced plastic (GRP), steel or aluminum as outer shells.
  • One-component, unfilled adhesives for panels using PVC, GRP, wood, steel or aluminum as outer shells.

Tell us about your panel assembly challenges. We’d love to talk about how VORAMER™ can help drive your applications forward.

Colorful Playground

Slide down to durability

Safety comes first, especially when building spaces for children to explore and play. You want a resilient surface that will reduce injury and hold up in different climates.

VORAMER™ Polyurethane Binders include specific products to achieve all of this.

These products are intentionally designed to achieve stress-free processing and extreme durability. Each product caters to various climate conditions from a cool weather binder to a desert base layer binder or standard spring/summer binder.

Each binder offers precise advantages, such as negligible bubble formation during the moisture cure process.

All VORAMER™ Polyurethane Binders for playground applications directly address the performance requirements for impact attenuation.

Proud about a current project of yours where you used one of our binders? We’d love to see it - share your achievements with us.

Let’s stick together

By combining our efforts, we can keep improving productivity and performance in offsite construction, garage doors, panel assembly and more.
