XZ 98615.00 Experimental Polyethylene Resin

A LLDPE based polyethylene resin, containing 70% Post-Consumer Recycled Plastic, designed with high performance machine stretch wrap films in mind. This resin makes it easier to integrate post-consumer materials into new packaging and helps to close the loop on plastic waste. The film’s elongation, puncture and tear resistance, indicate the material’s resilience and ability to stretch under tension, confirming that the PCR-based resin, REVOLOOP™, does not compromise on the quality of the film. Test results show excellent tear resistance, superior extrusion processability and significant decrease in permanent and elastic deformations when compared to other PCR-based films. Produced using circular feedstocks made from mixed plastic waste. Certified on a mass balance basis by the International Sustainability & Carbon Certification (ISCC).
