O que é BYNEL™ 41E710 Adhesive Resin?

Anhydride-modified, linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) resin. It has a higher level of anhydride modification, and is mainly intended for use as a component in a blend with other polyolefin resins. It is not intended for extrusion in its pure form in typical extrusions or coextrusions. Available in pellet form for use in conventional extrusion and coextrusion equipment designed to process polyethylene (PE) resins. This product supports applications that can be designed for recyclability, helping advance a circular economy.

Usos

Concentrate for use in blending with other polyolefins, to facilitate adhesion to a variety of materials including EVOH, polyamide, PE, and ethylene copolymers.
Typically in blown film, cast film and sheet coextrusion as well as blow molding and tubing processes.
Useful in both melt and solid phase thermoforming.
Typical blending levels are 15-25% for EVOH and 9-17% for nylon.

In tie layers for flexible packaging, IT promotes adhesion of polyethylene to barrier polymers such as polyamide and ethylene vinyl alcohol (EVOH).
Promotes adhesion between metal, polyolefins, cellulose, polyester, polycarbonate, glass, and foil.
