PRIMAL™ ECO-1291 Water-Borne Binder

A very soft, self-crosslinking acrylic binder suitable for fabric finishing, pigment binding, and crushed foam drapery backcoating applications. This offers an excellent balance of wash/dry-clean durability, flexibility, and abrasion resistance with a soft hand. It has good foaming characteristics and possesses excellent adhesion to polyester.
