Designed for high performance exterior clear top-coat formulations. It can be formulated in high gloss clear top-coat and mat clear top-coat. Topcoats formulated on PRIMAL TX-125 Emulsion offer good performance on multiple substrates, such as stone paint, multicolor paint or standard exterior paints.
