とは RHOPLEX™ 3208 Water-Borne Binder?
A waterborne thermoset acrylic polymer. It is a combination of an acrylic latex and a melamine/formaldehyde curing resin, with triethylamine added to insure high pH and good stability. The combination of latex and curing resin is approximately 4/1 on a dry weight basis.

- Binder for water based inks and coatings on plastic films
- Very lightweight coating primer on polyester film
- Letdown vehicle for graphic arts inks and overprint varnishes
