VORAMER™ Industrial Adhesives are proven polyurethane foam systems used in construction, transportation, and other industries to produce fast, easy and secure bonds between various substrates.
These reliable adhesives can help enhance structural integrity and assembly processes for manufactured housing, insulated garage doors, recreational vehicle panels and more by replacing or complementing mechanical fasteners.
How do they work?
VORAMER™ Industrial Adhesives are designed to meet a wide variety of needs. Our two-component adhesives combine an “A” (methylene diphenyl diisocyanate [MDI) component and “B” (polyol) component through high-pressure proportioning equipment. This is then applied as spray directed to the conjunction of the substrates. Cure time is typically 2-5 minutes. One-component VORAMER™ Industrial Adhesives are for applications via high-pressure equipment. However, they can be used as general adhesives on any porous substrate, with cure times of 42-48 minutes.
