What is DOWSIL™ 3-6548 RTV Foam Kit?
This two-part, room-temperature vulcanizing (RTV) silicone foam has exceptional fire-resistant properties, coupled with excellent movement accommodation, offering a reliable safety option. It has been specifically developed to withstand high temperatures and to confine such hazards as smoke, flames and gases. It can also be used to seal buildings against damaging contaminants.
Uses
- Sealing of fire rated openings containing various penetrants.
- Linear joints in floors and in floors abutting a wall
