Protecting automotive displays in harsher conditions
Trends in automotive displays have become increasingly demanding as electronics devices face harsher environments. To help meet industry needs, Dow developed DOWSIL™ VE-6001 UV_T Optical Bonding Material, a one-part material for high-reliability displays engineered to perform under demanding conditions in automotive interiors.
This product offers significantly greater thermal stability than organic materials and is suitable for larger panel displays. After curing, this bonding material is extremely soft for a combination of stress relief and dimensional stability that helps protect electronics from impact.
