What is PRIMAL™ DC-421 Emulsion?
A water-based polymer emulsion based on the AVANSE™ Technology platform, and applies low odor polymerization technology to further reduce odor and VOC. It is designed to offer paint stability, formulation robustness and an excellent balance of cost and performance in high PVC paints.
