Plastic Packaging Spain Tax Reporting

Non-reusable Plastic Packaging Tax entered into force on 1 January 2023 in Spain. This tax will be due by manufacturers, importers, EU purchasers of non-reusable plastic packages for its use within the Spanish market.

To support our customers and distributors, in case you need to fulfill any regulatory requirements, we are providing the details on plastic packaging weight and percentage (%) of recycled plastic, contained in the packaging we supply when selling Dow's products.
